That depends mainly on how quickly you send the photos and accept. From the offer, a sale is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours: if you accept, we arrange the appointment for the handover with you, and the purchase price goes to you by instant bank transfer (Instant Payment) at the appointment itself. If you still need your car for a few days, we set the appointment later accordingly.

For us yes, for you no. You check it at your leisure and then decide. If you accept, the amount also applies at the handover, provided the car matches your details and photos. If you haven’t concealed any damage, there’s nothing to renegotiate at the appointment. If you decline, the valuation hasn’t cost you anything, and you have no obligations whatsoever.

Yes. A missed or soon-due MFK (vehicle inspection), accident, engine or transmission damage or an odometer with very high mileage are no reason for us to say no, and the car doesn’t have to be roadworthy. The same details as for any other car, that is, model, year, mileage, equipment and photos all around. In addition, the range shown on the display and whether the charging cable belongs to the car. A photo of the range display in the cockpit helps us with the valuation. We buy electric cars and hybrids just as we buy gasoline and diesel cars, and the deregistration is included for them too.

Yes. State the leasing company in your request and attach the contract or the current settlement quote. We take the outstanding sum into account in the offer and arrange the settlement directly with the leasing company; whatever is left over, you receive at the handover. Nothing changes until the appointment: the plates are on the car and you can keep using it. At the handover, the plates and vehicle registration document go to us, and we take care of the deregistration completely for you. If you want to keep your Zurich number, tell us in your request. It’s best to inform your insurance company as soon as you have our confirmation of the deregistration in hand.

No. A wash or interior cleaning is not a condition, because the price is already fixed based on your photos. A clean car does make the comparison easier, though, because scratches and dents are easier to see. More important than shine is that you take out your personal belongings and have the spare keys, service booklet and, if applicable, the winter wheels ready, so that nothing has to be sent on later.
